The 99 in Westford has consistently out-performed my expectations for a chain restaurant. We were seated quickly and courteously. Our waitstaff was also quick and attentive. Best of all, I have really enjoyed the food each time I've been there. On my last visit, I had country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and cranberry sauce. I ate every scrap greedily. I've tried different things, too, and always enjoyed my meal at a very reasonable price, too! Good job, 99! Keep it up. (I wish I lived a little closer!)

Staff is always friendly! From the host to the servers... all good! Daughter and I come weekly after Skiing. Now, to corporate... why have you removed all the best stuff from the menu? And which genius changed the crackers to these tasteless pita-like crackers? PS- gracias de Pablo!

The prime rib was beyond my expectation and very good. The country fried chicken was very good also moist chicken and tender. Can't go wrong at this place.

I take my 94 year old mother there, and she really appreciates the quiet atmosphere. The food is excellent and the portions are generous.

It has a very cozy atmosphere and great food, and they welcome you with a cup of popcorn

I came in for coffee and dessert and Alex was the young man who served me at a table in the bar section. He came promptly with a smile. He was kind, polite, and friendly with a positive attitude! The coffee and apple pie peice were hot and the ice cream cold. I don't usually like the 99 coffee, but the cup I had at this 99 was perfect. It was strong enough and tasted like gourmet coffee. That's not the usual experience I have at other 99 resteraunts with coffee. They usually either taste watered down or have minimal weak flavor. Thank you Alex and keep up the good work and service with a smile!

Great food, great service, and a funky atmosphere.

I visited this 99 Restaurant with three friends today & all of us enjoyed our meals. Our server was friendly & efficient. (I'm sorry that I didn't catch his name.) We shared an order of Mozzarella Moons to start, which I'd never had before. There were 4 pieces in our order. They're what I'd describe as mozzarella cheese patties. The mozzarella is fried with a crispy coating of parmesan & seasoned breadcrumbs & served with a classic tomato sauce. They were delicious! I could have eaten all 4 of them by myself! I ordered the broiled, marinated sirloin tips. They were moist & tasty, but cooked a little more than the medium-rare I'd requested. My sides were fresh broccoli & mashed potato & those were delicious. One feature of the restaurant that stood out to me was the framed prints on the wall. From where I was sitting, I could see various photos highlighting Westford, including sporting events & local landmarks. On a side note, the ladies' restroom was clean & well-maintained. I'll return to this 99 location & recommend it to anyone looking for a comfort food type meal in a casual atmosphere.
